Adults refer to animals or humans who have completed their developmental stage. Adults are a social concept as well as a legal concept in our world. Legal adult means a person is at the point of maturity. They are considered independent, self sufficient and accountable. The term "major" is a term used to define the person. The typical age of attaining legally adulthood is 18 although definition may vary by the legal rights of the country as well as the stage of psychological development.

Our physical capabilities are peaking when we are young adults. This includes muscle strength and reflex speed, as well as senses, and heart functioning.
